Miss Briar B! By the 4th day home Briar was already learning all sorts of tricks. She also completed her Canine Good Citizen test before she was 6 months old. Her favorite quick command tricks are Spin, Sit, Shake, Down, Roll, Speak and her favorite is to jump in your arms on command. Briar carries a tennis ball around like a teddy bear until there’s absolutely nothing left of it. She was super easy to crate train and loves car rides and water! We hope to start her on livestock training soon, as her natural drive to herd is strong. Miss B is loyal to a fault, as she would never leave my side if she didn’t have to… sometimes “stage 5 clinger” is a better description, but I love it. I have definitely fallen in love with the Border Collie breed with this one!!

January was very responsive anytime I reached out. The first time I reached out was shortly after we lost our family dog to a degenerative disease. I wasn't sure if we were ready for a new puppy. She listened and was empathic. She answered all of my questions and I never felt like she was just trying to do sell me a dog. She genuinely cares for her pups and wants the best home for them. The second time I reached out, we were ready for a new puppy and she was just as responsive and caring throughout the whole process. We got to watch Chief grow through pictures and videos. When he was ready to come home with us we felt like we already knew him. He has been an amazing addition to our family. I would highly recommend Rescued Dreams to anyone interested in border collies!!

Ok. Obviously this is always a leap of faith. I chose January based on her reviews so I thought I would share mine. Communication: She was awesome! This was important to me. I have Goldens and the questions she answered were great. Never a delay in answers. She also spent time understanding that the pup would come to my office daily and be very active. She helped me pick the pup in her litter that would be the best fit, helped me arrange a nanny to transport, and provided a care kit for when the pup arrived. TAKE THE LEAP with this woman. We got the best pup from January! We named him Chance and he’s been so gentle with everyone including our cat and dog. Our cat especially loves cuddling with Chance and would be purring so much around him. Chance has also been gentle with kids and would stay still when the kids were trying to pet him. We’re really glad that we got Chance as our second dog!

We met a man walking a beautiful border collie through our community. It was from Rescued Dreams and He gave us January’s number. Even though it was evening, she talked to us and answered every one of our questions. Seeing how knowledgeable and kind she was, we put a down payment on an upcoming litter. We had a few doubts along the way, if a border collie was suitable for our large family with young grandkids, but January worked through them but never pressured us. We were able to read other buyers stories of their experiences. There were so many touching stories, and we felt this was right. We were able to visit January and her incredible dogs, including her recent Grand Champion! The day Duke was born was so amazing. He was one of 8 puppies. January sent pictures and updates and we could tell how well cared for the pups were. January chose the one she felt was best for our family. We relied solely on her knowledge and experience. We love him so much and even though we owned pets previously, January wad by far the best breeder we ever worked with. She has become a dear friend to us as well!

We had just experienced a puppy scam when we discovered Rescue Dreams Border Collies. So we went into this with flags raised. But they were very easy to communicate with and sent photos and updates. On adoption day she was willing to meet us half way. We visited for quite a while we could get acquainted with our new puppy and allow him to stretch his legs. The long ride home was a nice bonding time. Upon arrival at our home he instantly took to our border collie and our family. This was the easiest puppy. He was calm and very submissive. He probably had an accident a handful of times. He slept easily in a crate and will still willingly sleep in it today. All this to say that we are very pleased with the process and the relationship with Rescue dreams. We highly recommend them and their dogs
